Meet Our Team
Michael Charest
CEO and Founder
Hi, I’m Michael, CEO, and Co-Founder of BizLife360. I’m also the dreamer, the energizer, the challenger, the guy that leads with his heart, and the numbers geek.
In 1996 I was managing a massive country club in LA. I was 30 years old and living the high life. But one night, I woke up in the middle of the night with a panic attack. I realized I wasn’t living my passion and needed to change.
I always loved self-help, and I found a book called “The Portable Coach” by Thomas Leonard. I learned about the coaching industry and was blown away! I soon enrolled in the Coach U training program and started my coaching business.
I enjoyed immediate and sustained success. NOT! :) Like most solopreneurs, I struggled BIG TIME…So much so that I went $26k in debt and couldn’t make my rent payment. (And I thought I was stressed before?!?)
Here are a few things you might find interesting about my background:
- I grew up in MA, and after living in seven other states for over 35 years, I came back to my beloved New England and now live in CT.
- I am blessed with many friends; five of us are still very close since first grade, 52 years!
- I married at 24, divorced at 26, and have been a bachelor ever since. While I didn’t plan this, I’m OK with it, yet I am excited to find my soulmate.
- I’m a bucket list guy. Some big ones I’ve checked off: Saw my Red Sox win a World Series live, climbed the Sydney Harbor bridge, wrote a book, ran a marathon, spent time with dozens of celebrities (ask me about George Clooney, LOL!) On my list: Cage dive with Great White sharks, climb to Mt Everest base camp, golf at Saint Andrews, and so many more!
- Give me a hand-rolled premium cigar, a glass of spirits, and a hot tub, and I’m good for the night!
- Every business I’ve ever managed (15 of them) has grown by at least 300%
- At 28, I managed a $150M country club with over 130 employees and 1,800 members
- I was one of the first citizens to arrive at the OJ crime scene.
- I have helped over 500 private and 2,000 group clients grow their businesses and would be honored to serve you if we’re a fit!

Rina Mora
Associate Coach
Hi, I’m Rina. I am an Associate Coach for BizLife 360, focusing on business coaching. I am also a systems geek, efficiency is my love language, and my life’s purpose is to help others get what they want.
I am a former massage therapist and business owner for over 18 years. I decided to retire from my practice in April of 2022 and pursue my dreams of helping others achieve theirs. In October 2020, I launched my new coaching practice to do just that.
As a visionary business coach, my main focus is helping business owners run a successful business with a strong foundation and systems that support more efficiency, productivity, and GROWTH.
I do this by leaning on skills and knowledge acquired from running my own business and working in management and hospitality. I listen to my client’s challenges, needs, and strengths. I evaluate their systems and procedures to help them create systems that are tailored to their specific business needs.

- I am a former Historical Commissioner for the City of Redondo Beach
- You can sometimes catch me dancing with my eyes closed by the ocean
- I LOVE watching people win.
