One Simple Way your VA can Make you Better...
We recently asked our VA Rachel, to share with us how we can be better leaders and make her job easier.
One of her 1,057 requests (just kidding:) was that our weekly Digest always be written, edited, and queued the day BEFORE we send it. As we work to solidify our systems as a new company, Rachel knew this would create more peace and rhythm, while decreasing any stress of rushing to meet a deadline.
Yes, this is a simple example, and we all know that it's often the simplest things that make the biggest difference. Thank you, Rachel!
